| | | 19th C. French Noon Gun mounted on heavy marble base marked Laird, Paris on sundial. With careful adjustment of magnifying glass to focus beam on small cannon, the Noon Gun will report the noon hour. One of the best examples we have seen.
Great overall condition. Small chip to magnifying glass, and 4 replaced brass nuts. Measures 7-1/2" diameter.
