Shipping Policy
Prompt Shipping
Items in stock usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. We have a daily UPS pickup each weekday at approx 3 PM. Orders need to be in by noon to be processed for this pickup.
UPS Ground from The Weather Store in Sandwich, MA
Some items are specially ordered, custom made, or shipped directly from the manufacturer/distributor; we will advise you of their estimated delivery if it should be longer than our standard shipping time.
As The Weather Store ships via UPS Ground Service for all domestic orders (within 48 States) please specify a street address as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. box. If you require a shipment to a P.O. box, we will use U.S. Postal Service.
Standard Shipping Rates
- Domestic orders totaling $100.00 or more....Free*
- Domestic orders totaling less than $100.00....$8.50
- Express delivery is available. Rates are calculated in checkout process.
*NOTE: Some items such as cupolas, very large sundials and weathervanes cannot be shipped via UPS or USPS. They ship via land based freight carriers. They do not qualify for Free Shipping and charges will apply. Free shipping only applies to the initial order and does not cover shipments made in exchange.

Store Pickup
If you are in the Sandwich area, please feel free to pick up your order in the store. Please call us beforehand so that we can be sure it is ready when you arrive.
