Shipping Policy

Prompt Shipping

Items in stock usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. We have a daily UPS pickup each weekday at approx 3 PM. Orders need to be in by noon to be processed for this pickup.

Some items are specially ordered, custom made, or shipped directly from the manufacturer/distributor; we will advise you of their estimated delivery if it should be longer than our standard shipping time.

As The Weather Store ships via UPS Ground Service for all domestic orders (within 48 States) please specify a street address as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. box. If you require a shipment to a P.O. box, we will use U.S. Postal Service.

Standard Shipping Rates

• Domestic orders totaling $75.00 or more.... Free*
• Domestic orders totaling less than $75.00.......$7.95
• Express Delivery, please contact us for availability and rates.

*NOTE: Some items such as cupolas, very large sundials and weathervanes cannot be shipped via UPS or USPS. They ship via land based freight carriers. They do not qualify for Free Shipping and charges will apply. Free shipping only applies to the initial order and does not cover shipments made in exchange.

International Orders

We ship international orders to virtually any address in the world. The shipping price for orders shipped outside the United States will be quoted after the order is placed, or you can contact us before placing an order for a rate quotation. International orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive. Preferred method is U.S. Postal Service Global Express. We can arrange for FedEx, and UPS as well.

Store Pickup

If you are in the Sandwich area, please feel free to pick up your order in the store. Please call us beforehand so that we can be sure it is ready when you arrive.
