Antique marine gimballed ships barometer signed J. Somalvico, 2 Hatton Garden, London circa 1840. Somalvico is a well known and listed maker of fine marine barometers. Features a mahogany case with fine inlays, thermometer, and brass fittings. Newer gimbal. Measures 39" tall and stands 10" off wall. Great working and overall condition.
Local pickup (Sandwich, MA) preferred as it cannot ship with mercury. We can remove mercury if needed to ship but refilling will be buyer's responsibility.
